IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRESENTED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT PURCHASE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO PRIMERICA ENTERPRISE ZOOM PREMIER. By purchasing a subscription to Primerica Enterprise Zoom Premier (“Zoom Premier”), you agree to follow these Terms of Service (“Terms”). You may also be asked to accept additional terms and conditions by Zoom Video Communications Inc. (“Zoom”); however, the terms below override any terms presented by Zoom.

Purchasing and Third-Party Services. AppDirect, Inc. (“AppDirect”) is the provider of AppMarket, the platform through which you are placing your order. The products and services in the AppMarket are offered by third-party providers like Zoom. Neither Primerica nor AppDirect are responsible for these third-party services. Your use of any third-party product is also subject to that provider’s terms and conditions. In addition, your use of any features and functionalities integrated and made available to you by Zoom may be subject to the terms and conditions of that provider’s terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to comply with all such terms and conditions.

Zoom Premier Administration and Changes. Primerica exclusively administers all Zoom Premier accounts and may change, restrict, or disable any features at any time, without prior notice. Primerica may monitor your use of Zoom Premier for business purposes, including accessing or disclosing stored information. If you violate Primerica policies, Primerica may take disciplinary action, including termination from Primerica and/or terminating your access to Zoom Premier and stored data. Termination of your relationship with Primerica will revoke your access to Zoom Premier and information stored within.

Payment and Subscription Terms

  • Nonrefundable Annual Fee:  AppDirect charges a subscription fee for Zoom Premier annually in advance and this fee is nonrefundable – no full or partial refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • Automatic Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew annually, even if your account is suspended, and you will be charged the annual renewal fee. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any previously paid annual fee. You may cancel using one of the following methods:
    • emailing support@appdirect.com; or
    • through POL, selecting POL Home → Digital Tools Store → Primerica Enterprise Zoom Premier link and then clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button for Zoom Premier (on the AppMarket user interface, click Manage → Account → Applications).

Upgrades to Zoom Premier. You may qualify for an upgrade to Zoom Premier if you obtain certain U.S. securities or mortgage licenses or reach RVP status with Primerica. If eligible, your AppMarket subscription will be canceled or suspended, and you will not be charged any new annual fees as long as you remain eligible. Once your subscription is terminated, your access to Zoom Premier depends on continued compliance with the Primerica upgrade program.

Primerica Online (POL) and Loss of Access to Zoom Premier. If your POL subscription is paused or terminated for any reason, you will immediately lose access to your Zoom Premier account, and no full or partial refund will be provided for the unused portion of the annual fee. By way of example, your Zoom Premier account will be suspended or terminated if any of the following occur:

  • You stop paying the monthly POL fee when you are on a Full Service or Limited POL subscription plan.
  • Your payment method on file for the monthly POL fee fails when you are on a Full Service or Limited POL subscription plan.
  • Your POL account is paused due to a legal, security or compliance investigation.
  • Your Rep ID is terminated due to failure to obtain a Life license within the required period after IBA.
  • Your Rep ID is terminated due to failure to complete ACM (Annual Compliance Meeting training) requirements.
  • You voluntarily terminate your IBA.

Under such circumstances, you may elect to cancel your Zoom Premier subscription to avoid any automatic renewal by emailing support@appdirect.com.

Ownership. AppDirect retains all right, title and interest in and to the AppDirect platform. AppDirect reserves all rights not expressly granted. All information, data or files you create, receive, store or use while using Zoom Premier are property of Primerica.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUME ALL LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ZOOM PREMIER AND THE APPMARKET. NEITHER PRIMERICA NOR APPDIRECT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ZOOM PREMIER OR THE APPMARKET. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PRIMERICA OR APPDIRECT LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF ZOOM PREMIER OR THE APPMARKET, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF SUCH SERVICES, FROM AN INABILITY TO USE SUCH SERVICES, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF SUCH SERVICES. ZOOM IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OPERATION, AVAILABILITY, AND FUNCTIONALITY OF ZOOM PREMIER.

Modifications to Terms. Primerica may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Zoom Premier after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Existing Agreements. These Terms do not override any agreements you have with Primerica, including your Basic Agreement. Zoom and AppDirect’s terms do not change or replace any Primerica agreements. AppDirect is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and is able to enforce these Terms as they relate to AppMarket.
