Portfolio: View your investment portfolio, account holdings
and activity online.
- Financial
Transactions: Eligible accounts may purchase, exchange or
sell shares online. Certain account registrations such as a Corporation,
Sole Proprietorship, Trust or Fiduciary are not eligible online
transactions. You may confirm eligibility with one of our Client
Service Representatives at (800) 544-5445. Client Service Representatives
are available to serve you Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until
8:00 PM Eastern time.

Pre-Authorized Check Plan, and Systematic withdrawal plan online.

When accessing the Shareholder Account Manager for the first time,
existing shareholders will need to define a User ID, Password
and Security Question. You will need to contact one of our Client
Services Representatives at (800) 544-5445 to obtain a Temporary
PIN. Client Service Representatives are available to serve you
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Eastern time.

- Online enrollment
is based on information associated with your Primerica Shareholder
Services Account.
- If you need

accounts owners may activate online trading by contacting one
of our Client Service Representatives at (800) 544-5445. Client

you may restart, hold, or stop your Pre-Authorized check plan
online.

How do I
change my Password?
- Remember,
you are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your
user name and password. It is always a good practice to
periodically change your Password.
- Once you
have successfully logged into the Shareholder Account Manager,
you may change your Password.

I have forgotten
my Password. How do I reset?
- Shareholders
may reset their Login online. Click on "Forgot your User
ID or Password?" and follow the step by
step instructions.
- You will
be prompted for personal account information and your predetermined
security question.

Is my information
secure?
- The privacy
and security of your financial information is important to us.
We have implemented procedures to help protect your data. One
step is that we require that you use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
128-bit encryption, enabled web browser in order to obtain access
to your account.
- Remember,
you are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your
user name and password. It is always a good practice to periodically
change your Personal Identification Number.
