I have taken all steps outlined in the Software / Technical Questions section, and I am still having difficulty accessing my account, what should I do?

 

I am having difficulty accessing my account on the Internet. What should I do? • Are you using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) capable browser?

A SSL enabled browser encrypts your data to protect the privacy of your account information so that it may not be read by unauthorized users. We recommend that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 (or higher) or Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or higher) to view our site.

Did you enter the correct User ID and Password?

When accessing the Shareholder Account Manager for the first time, existing shareholders will need to define a User ID and Password. This may be accomplished by following the below steps.If you have established a new account, you should have received a Temporary PIN in the mail in a separate mailing. If you lost or never received your Temporary PIN in the mail, please call 1-800-544-5445 for assistance. You will be provided with a Temporary PIN.

Step 1

At the Home Page, Click on “First Time User”

Step 2

Click on “Begin New Registration”

Step 3

Enter your Account Number, Tax ID Number, Zip Code, and Temporary PIN. Then Click “Next”

Step 4

Click “Begin Security Upgrade”

Step 5

Define you Security Question and Answer. Then Click “Next”

Step 6

Define and confirm your password following the “Password Tips”. Then Click “Next”

Step 7

Define and confirm your User ID following the “User ID Tips”. Then Click “Next”

Step 8

Click on “Log On to Shareholder Account Manager”

Step 9

Log on using the User ID and Password you established in the above steps


Have you forgotten your User ID and Password?

Shareholders may reset their User ID and Password online. This may be accomplished by following the steps below:

Step 1

At Login Screen

Select “Forgot your User ID or Password”

Step 2

Recover User Account

Select “Begin Account Recovery”

Step 3

Provide Information

Enter your Account Number, Tax ID Number, and Zip Code. Then Click “Next”

Step 4

Define Secret Answer

Enter your “Security Question” and “Security Answer”. Then Click “Next”.

Step 5

Define New Password

Define and confirm your new password following the “Password Tips”. Then Click “Next”

Step 6

Define User ID

Define and confirm your User ID following the “User ID Tips”. Then Click “Next”

Step 7

Logon

Log on using the User ID and Password you established in the above steps

My online account has been suspended, what should I do?

  • In order to protect your account privacy and security, a shareholder account may become suspended if an incorrect password is entered on three successive occasions.
  • If you need assistance, you may contact one of our Client Service Representatives at (800) 544-5445. Client Service Representatives are available to serve you Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Eastern time.
