Primerica is the trade name of Primerica Financial Services, Inc. (United States).

The Business Opportunity
The Primerica business opportunity involves the sale of term life insurance and other financial services products such as mutual funds and variable annuities. Primerica representatives are independent contractors, not employees of Primerica or any of its affiliates.

Personal Income
From January 1 through December 31, 2016, Primerica paid cash flow to its North American sales force at an average of $6,088 per life licensed representative. Average cash flow includes commissions paid on all lines of business, and reflects combined U. S. and Canadian dollars remaining in the local currency earned by the representative. Exchange rates fluctuate daily and impact the average.

Ownership

Primerica is a publicly traded company. All references to ownership herein refer to representatives who qualify under Primerica’s Ownership Program for the conditional right to transfer their Primerica business, subject to terms, conditions and applicable regulatory requirements. Please refer to POL for the Ownership Program documents and policies, which control in all respects.

Partnership

The Partnership Empowerment Program (PEP) is a recognition program for Primerica partnerships. It is not a business or legal partnership. PEP cannot affect, combine or alter contractual compensation, hierarchical agreements or ownership issues.

Life- licensed Primerica representatives are agents of certain affiliated Primerica Companies, which include:

Business Continuity
PFS Investments Inc. (“PFSI”) has developed a Business Continuity Plan that addresses how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. PFSI maintains off-site storage arrangements for critical data as well as an off-site back-up facility that is equipped to sustain critical operations. In case of a disruption affecting only PFSI’s Duluth, Georgia headquarters, we will transfer our operations to our off-site facility, if needed. In case of a disruption affecting our entire region, PFSI will work to recover and resume operations as soon as possible. In either situation, PFSI customers would be able access their funds by communicating directly with their fund company or variable insurance issuer, using the contact information found in transaction confirmations and customer statements, or through their local PFSI representative.

Financial exploitation involves the illegal or improper use of a person’s funds by another individual. Examples of financial exploitation include improper use of power of attorney, coercion, or fraudulent transfer of assets. What is Primerica?

The Business Opportunity

Primerica Representatives are individuals who have signed an Independent Business Application (“IBA”) and who have been approved to become a member of Primerica's sales force. Primerica Representatives are independent contractors, and are not employees of Primerica Companies, or its parent company Primerica, Inc.

Personal Income
From January 1 through December 31, 2016, Primerica paid cash flow to its North American sales force at an average of $6,088 per life licensed representative. Any cash flows stated represent gross income only. All commissions are subject to Deferred Commission Account withholding and applicable taxes, and Representatives are responsible for their own business expenses. All commissions and bonus payments are subject to applicable Primerica agent agreements and Operating Guidelines. Commission rates, rules and procedures and bonus programs are subject to change in any manner from time to time, including adjustments to renewal commissions on product sales previously made. Part-time Business Opportunity
Part-Time is not available in all jurisdictions. Where it is available, it is subject to certain restrictions.

Telephone Soliciting Policy
All Representatives must comply with the requirements of the National Do Not Call List Rules and Primerica's “Telephone Solicitation” policies when using the telephone to recruit or prospect.

IBA Fee
The IBA fee is $103.95 (including applicable sales taxes) and the monthly Primerica Online fee is $28.00.
