Portfolio: View your investment portfolio, account holdings
and activity online.
- Financial
Transactions: Eligible accounts may buy, exchange or
sell shares online. Certain account registrations such as a Corporation,
Sole Proprietorship, Trust or Fiduciary are not eligible online
transactions. You may confirm eligibility with one of our Client
Service Representatives at (800) 544-5445. Client Service Representatives
are available to serve you Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until
8:00 PM Eastern time.
- Account
Options: View account options such as Dividend / Capital Gain,
Pre-Authorized Check Plan, and Systematic withdrawal plan online.

How do I enroll
to view my accounts?
When accessing the Shareholder Account Manager for the first time, existing shareholders will need to define a User ID and Password. This may be accomplished by following the below steps.
If you have established a new account, you should have received your Temporary PIN in the mail in a separate mailing. If you lost or never received your Temporary Pin in the mail, please call 1-800-544-5445 for assistance. You will be provided a Temporary PIN.

At the Home Page, Click on “First Time User” |

Click on “Begin New Registration”

Enter your Account Number, Tax ID Number, Zip Code, and Temporary PIN. Then Click “Next”

Step 4 |
Click “Begin Security Upgrade”

Define you Security Question and Answer. Then Click “Next”

Step 6 |
Define and confirm your password following the “Password Tips”. Then Click “Next”

Define and confirm your User ID following the “User ID Tips”. Then Click “Next”

Click on “Log On to Shareholder Account Manager”

Can I maintain my account online?
Yes. You may:
- Update your address and/or telephone number
- Update your investment objective
- Update telephone transaction options (enable or disable)
- Change dividend and capital gains elections (Not allowed on some account types)
- Change your bank drafts (amount, date, or stop the draft)

How do I
change my Password?
- Remember,
you are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your
user name and password. It is always a good practice to
periodically change your Password.
- Once you
have successfully logged into the Shareholder Account Manager,
you may change your Password.

my Password. How do I reset?
- Shareholders
may reset their Login online. Click on "Forgot your User
ID or Password?" and follow the step by
step instructions.
- You will
be prompted for personal account information and your predetermined
security question.
