The Primerica Foundation turns three years old this year!

We may be only a few years old but grant funding from the foundation has made significant impact for the community by supporting a variety of nonprofits while still supporting our main mission: to support programs and organizations that help low-to moderate income people achieve self-sufficiency.

Our definition of self-sufficiency takes into account the things that move people to self-sufficiency:  Education, youth development and also community and leadership enrichment programs.

With the help of funding from The Primerica Foundation…..

Nearly 5,000 people were assisted by The Gwinnett Village Financial Services Center –- a one-stop shop which offers low-to moderate income people programs in financial literacy, healthy credit, employment and asset building.

Georgia students went on field trips to the Atlanta Zoo with free admission enriching their science education.

More than 17,500 low-to moderate income people attended The Centers of Hope Financial Mentor Program and learned how to make better financial decisions through real-life scenarios and active participation.

Thousands of people in Gwinnett County were assisted by the Gwinnett Coalition for Health and Human Services; this population includes the homeless and many single parent households, long term unemployed and other low-to moderate income populations.

Arts & Culture flourished with The Primerica Foundation grants to the Atlanta Symphony, ArtWorks! Gwinnett, the universal language The Hudgens Fine Arts Center in Duluth, and the arts center of the SE – The Woodruff Arts Center.

The Primerica Foundation grant funding also assisted the homeless and victims of domestic abuse through Rainbow Village, Partnership against Domestic Violence and the Atlanta Children’s Shelter.
